Alison F. Burke

Alison Burke concentrates her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters including transportation, general liability, and healthcare/medical malpractice.  Ms. Burke is experienced with all phases of litigation and has tried over 70 cases to verdict. 

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Burke served as a Deputy District Attorney with the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Jefferson County, Colorado.  During Ms. Burke’s eleven years as a prosecutor, she handled all types of criminal cases including homicides, complex drug possession and distribution cases, assault cases involving serious bodily injury, various felony weapons offenses, complex domestic violence and sexual assault cases, and other felony-level crimes.  Ms. Burke frequently volunteers her time with the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance and the Colorado chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
