Ariana S. Busby


Ariana Busby joined Hall & Evans as a generalist associate in 2019. Ms. Busby’s practice is comprised of civil litigation, administrative and regulatory law, and government affairs. Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Busby served as the Director of the Mental Health Boards with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Ms. Busby also previously served as Chief of Staff for the Colorado State Senate, after quickly working her way up the ranks from a Policy Intern, to Policy Analyst, and Policy Director. As a policy staffer, Ms. Busby focused on a variety of policy areas, including construction defects, education, healthcare, insurance, business, marijuana, public finance, and natural resources policy.

Ms. Busby graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and with an Environmental & Natural Resources law certificate. While in law school, Ms. Busby worked full time at the Colorado State Senate and interned with a litigation law firm and a regulatory law firm. Ms. Busby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Government with a minor in Law Studies from the University of Colorado – Denver.
