Barbara Kuwitzky

Barbara Kuwitzky has more than 38 years of experience as a paralegal and assists attorneys in litigation defense by obtaining and evaluating records necessary for the defense of the case, preparing pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, and witnesses/experts. Barb has significant trial experience, including use of trial software during the presentation of the case. She also prepares and communicates with witnesses and experts, prepares exhibits and all necessary documents and information needed for defense of cases.

Barbara joined Hall & Evans in 2015. She works in the construction and design practice group. She assists with cases that involve construction design and defect issues, insurance issues, on-site injuries, fire cases, products and general liability cases. She works on litigation in multiple states including Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska.
