Benjamin J. Stringer

Benjamin Stringer focuses on transportation, premises liability, and construction. Mr. Stringer represents railroads, commercial trucking carriers, and aviation companies in a wide variety of transportation claims. He defends developers, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction matters and represents national retailers in premises liability actions. Mr. Stringer is also experienced with administrative & regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and family law. Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Stringer served as Assistant Public Defender with the Johnson County Public Defender’s Office and practiced at civil litigation firms in the Kansas City area.
While attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Mr. Stringer was the recipient of the Jayhawk Scholarship, the James P. Mize Trial Advocacy Award, and the Justice Lloyd Kagey Leadership Award. Mr. Stringer also gained experience working with legislative bodies and political candidates, governmental agencies, tribal units, and nonprofit organizations.
