Chet’s practice focuses on general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury claims, premises liability, product liability, and transportation. His experience also extends into healthcare, banking, real estate, contract disputes, evictions, and appeals. 

Chet frequently defends trucking companies, retail companies, hotel/motels, assisted living/skilled nursing facilities, and property owners in State and Federal courts across Nevada. He also has years of experience representing clients in arbitrations and mediations. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, he handled numerous appeals in both the Supreme Court of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
