Curtiss S. Schreiber

Special Counsel

Curtiss Schreiber centers his practice on professional liability and represents health care providers and other professional in all aspects of their practice. Curtiss has represented physicians, hospitals, mental health providers, attorneys, and other licensed professionals in a wide range of litigated matters and before regulatory divisions. His practice also includes premises liability, employment, and commercial litigation. Curtiss has helped his clients obtain favorable jury verdicts and pretrial disposition in a wide variety of cases, including not guilty verdicts in multiple wrongful death cases, summary judgment in a breach of contract suit against a technology company, dismissal of professional liability suits against estate attorneys, and settlement of an ownership dispute involving multiple Chicago-area restaurants. He has also successfully briefed and argued cases before state and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Schreiber recently relocated to Colorado after practicing as a defense attorney in Chicago, Illinois for over a decade.
