Elizabeth M. Judy

Elizabeth Judy’s practice centers on the defense of medical malpractice, construction, premises liability, and transportation matters.  Ms. Judy is also experienced with business transactional law and employment law.  Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Judy was a civil litigation associate at small Kansas City firms.  Before private practice, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable W. Powell at the Jackson County Circuit Court where she handled criminal law, civil procedure, contract, property, tort, and first amendment issues.

While earning her law degree, Ms. Judy served as an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri and the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.  She also served as a Research Assistant for the Missouri Office of Prosecution Services, the Missouri Supreme Court Library, and the University of Missouri School of Law.
