Eric J. Strobel

Special Counsel

Eric Strobel has over 30 years of experience with high-stakes insurance litigation and construction disputes.  Mr. Strobel provides litigation defense and advice for complex construction claims, insurance coverage, reinsurance, environmental, and liability claims.

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Strobel led a national consulting firm providing legal counsel and advice in the areas of compliance, business strategy, construction contracting, health care, and risk management.  Previously, Mr. Strobel was a shareholder at a national law firm where he focused his practice on insurance coverage, construction, and environmental claims. Prior to that, he was Group Counsel for a large insurer providing national counsel for construction defect coverage analysis and litigation. Mr. Strobel was also a Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable D.D. Wozniak, Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Additionally, for many years, Mr. Strobel served as an Adjunct Professor teaching legal writing at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also has served as a volunteer mentor to law students at five different law schools.
