Erica A. Jacobson
Erica Jacobson joined the workers’ compensation practice group in 2017. She defends businesses in workers’ compensation matters during all phases of litigation. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, she began her career in domestic litigation, and she has been a trial attorney ever since. Erica has extensive courtroom experience and has successfully briefed appeals and argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Erica earned her law degree from the UCLA School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Women’s Law Journal, the Vice President of Symposia for the Law and Economics Society, a Moot Court Participant, and a volunteer for the Violence Against Women Act Clinic. While in law school, Erica worked as Writs and Appeals Intern at the Orange County Public Defender’s office and law clerk for the City of Los Angeles.
