J.J. Kashnow

J.J. Kashnow has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry. Ms. Kashnow is responsible for requesting and preparing all discovery and disclosures, drafting all pleadings and correspondence, and overall trial preparation. She also analyzes, indexes, organizes, and prepares medical records for production.
Ms. Kashnow began her career in the legal industry at a litigation support service where she was the coordinator of a large-scale litigation stemming from a rocket fuel plant explosion in Henderson, NV. In that role she bates-stamped, indexed, housed, and distributed all documents to the subrogor’s committee for that litigation. From there she went on to work for now retired Judge James Crocket, at Crocket & Myers, and the Office of the Attorney General in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. After moving back into the private sector, Ms. Kashnow found her passion for medical malpractice defense when she began working as a Paralegal for John H. Cotton & Associates, which she continued to do for almost 18 years. Since then, she has continued to work as a paralegal at several law firms in Las Vegas, Nevada and Seattle, Washington.
