Jared D. Najjar

Special Counsel

Jared Najjar focuses his practice on litigation, government affairs, real estate, and business law. 

His diverse litigation practice includes transportation, hospitality/retail, insurance defense, and real estate litigation.  In this capacity, he represents national railroad and trucking companies in Federal Employers’ Liability Act cases, toxic exposure claims, OSHA investigations, and whistleblower complaints. He also defends retailers and restaurants in premises liability cases, and has experience representing banking and financial services clients in commercial and consumer finance litigation. 

Jared’s government affairs practice spans a wide range of issues before the New Mexico Legislature.  He advocates on behalf of clients in the healthcare, financial services, energy, insurance, technology, tax, tribal affairs, gaming, hospitality, and food and beverage industries. 

Jared also represents businesses and investors in general real estate and corporate transactional matters.
