Jarod Penniman’s practice focuses on litigation, transactional law, and estate planning. His civil litigation practice includes the defense of insurers, business, and individuals in premises liability, personal injury, and complex construction defect claims. Mr. Penniman’s transactional law matters frequently involve the creation of formation and governance documents, preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, homeowners’ associations, titles, zoning, land use, licensing, and other general business representation. He is also experienced in estate planning including irrevocable trusts, wills, amendments, and restatements.

Mr. Penniman received his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University. At Gonzaga, he graduated cum laude, was on the Dean’s Honor List, and participated in the Tulane Sports Arbitration Competition. Mr. Penniman received his Bachelor of Science from Chapman University where he was a member of the 2019 National Championship baseball team.
