Joseph Konrad has over ten years of wide-ranging civil litigation experience. In the healthcare arena, Mr. Konrad handles claims involving medical malpractice, professional liability, personal and catastrophic injury, and nursing home negligence. His practice also includes premises liability, construction, hospitality & retail, transportation, general liability, and coverage opinions. Mr. Konrad has extensive product liability experience and regularly defends product manufacturers, contractors, and premises owners against environmental and toxic injury claims. Additionally, he has experience defending public entities and law enforcement in 42 U.S.C. §1983 actions, including excessive force and illegal seizure. Mr. Konrad has successfully represented insurers, businesses, and individuals through all phases of litigation, including trial, pretrial, mediations, arbitrations, and before state and federal courts in Illinois.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Konrad offers pro bono legal services to those Chicagoans in need of representation or legal advice without the ability to retain or afford counsel.
