Josh A. Flippin
Josh Flippin concentrates his practice in complex construction defect litigation and professional liability. Mr. Flippin implements creative strategies to defend architects, engineers, and design professionals throughout all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Flippin also has a broad range of experience in matters involving transportation, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, consumer protection, contractual disputes, and coverage.
Mr. Flippin recently relocated to Colorado after spending his whole life in Texas. Before Hall & Evans, Mr. Flippin was practicing as an Associate at a small civil defense firm in Dallas, TX. While attending SMU Dedman School of law, he served as a Judicial Intern with the Fourth District of the Texas Court of Appeals, was a Legal Intern with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, and worked as a public defender at the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic. Mr. Flippin is licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Georgia.
