Kathryn A. Lewis

Special Counsel

Kathryn Lewis is experienced in nearly all areas of civil litigation including insurance, transportation, personal injury, commercial, construction, and product liability.  She has successfully defended railroad accident and asbestos related personal injury lawsuits; wrongful death and injury litigation stemming from transportation accidents, products liability, and professional negligence claims; and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.

Ms. Lewis uniquely understands the litigation needs of insurers and businesses from her experience in the insurance industry. Ms. Lewis previously served as a Claims Consultant with a large national insurance company and was a licensed insurance adjuster in 15 states.  She also managed claims, pre-litigation matters, and defense counsel as the national coordinating counsel for the U.S. arm of an international underwriter for a diverse range of professional liability matters.
