Kelley G. Shirk
Member
Ms. Shirk supports the Construction & Design, Business, and Real Estate practice groups. Her multi-faceted trial practice includes construction defect defense, contract and complex commercial litigation disputes, professional liability defense, land use litigation, and other property law disputes. In addition to her litigation background, she also provides counseling to a wide variety of non-profits, businesses, and corporations, along with representing clients in transactional matters related to business and real estate law. She believes her litigation practice provides a unique perspective when allocating risks in contracts to avoid common pitfalls that lead to or escalate litigation. Ms. Shirk has experience representing clients in a variety of arenas, including federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative proceedings.
