Madison M. Aguirre
Associate
Madison Aguirre’s practice centers on litigation, estate planning, and transactional law. She litigates on behalf of global corporate retail clients in mediations, arbitrations, and before State and Federal courts in Nevada. Her estate planning practice includes wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorneys, and advisement on non-probate assets. In the business transaction side of her practice, she prepares company purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, franchising agreements, employment/independent contractor agreements, indemnification agreements, and various other agreements tailored to business-specific requests. Ms. Aguirre also prepares deeds for real estate transactions, as well as business formation and governance documents, such as articles of organization/incorporation, bylaws, and disclosure statements.
Ms. Aguirre received her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University. At Gonzaga, she was on the Dean’s Honor List, served a judicial clerkship in the Spokane County Superior Court, served as a teaching fellow, founded and was president of the Zag Law Wellness Club, and held a leadership position for the Women’s Law Caucus.
