Manuel D. Soza

Associate

Manuel Soza is a civil litigator with a practice focused on workers’ compensation law. He represents employers and insurance companies across Colorado. Mr. Soza recently relocated from New Orleans, Louisiana, where he focused on administrative enforcement and environmental litigation.

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Soza was an Associate for an established plaintiff’s firm in Colorado, representing those who were hurt by no fault of their own in personal injury claims. Mr. Soza earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School, where he argued on behalf of litigants and communities as a student attorney for the Environmental Law Clinic. During law school, he served on the Executive Board of the National Latino Law Students Association. Mr. Soza also clerked with the Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid/ Far West Public Defenders office, and served as a Research Assistant at the Tulane Institute on Water Law and Policy.
