Matthew W. Blubaugh


Matt Blubaugh’s practice focuses primarily on representing construction and design professionals in both complex litigation and transactional matters. With a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, Mr. Blubaugh has the background to uniquely comprehend and appreciate his clients’ goals and how to achieve them. Mr. Blubaugh also has experience representing clients in matters involving real estate, insurance coverage, employment disputes, and personal injury claims, as well as appeals. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Blubaugh served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas R. French in the 8th Judicial District Court in Fort Collins, Colorado. 

Mr. Blubaugh graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was the Submissions Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. While in law school, he interned with the in-house legal team for a national real estate development and construction company and with the Honorable F. Stephen Collins of the 18th Judicial District Court in Centennial, Colorado.
