Meredith L. McDonald

Special Counsel

Meredith McDonald has over fifteen years of experience litigating in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and construction and design.  Ms. McDonald defends entities on claims asserting various alleged violations of constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and matters under Title VII, the ADA/ADAAA, the ADEA, the FLSA, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, and a host of federal and state tort and contract claims.  She also defends architects and engineers in professional liability matters stemming from complex construction defect claims.

Ms. McDonald serves as the Secretary of the Board for the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and as Chair of the Employment and Labor Law Committee for the Torts Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.  Before her career in private practice, Ms. McDonald worked as the Director of Latin American Trade for the State of Colorado, and as a General Manager, Latin America for an international teleconferencing company.
