Patricia Ferran


Patricia Ferran’s practice focuses on professional liability, environmental liability, bad faith, and general commercial insurance coverage claims. Ms. Ferran’s experience also includes a broad-spectrum of matters involving construction defects, labor and employment, civil rights, and real estate. She defends clients in state and federal courts, before regulatory boards, and has also advised clients regarding copyright issues related to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Ferran recently relocated from Florida where she was a senior associate practicing a wide range of insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. Before entering private practice, Ms. Ferran was a political violence underwriter for an international insurance company and served as pro bono counsel representing unaccompanied minors before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.​
