Ryan Nelson

Ryan Nelson’s practice focuses on insurance defense, transportation matters, premises liability, construction defects, and administrative law. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Nelson worked as a criminal defense attorney, and during that time he conducted several jury and bench trials.

While attending American University’s Washington College of Law, Mr. Nelson interned with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, worked as a Student Attorney within the Community Equity and Economic Development Clinic, and interned with several non-profits.  Mr. Nelson is also a veteran of both the United States Navy and Navy Reserve, having served with the U.S. Fourth and Tenth Fleets from 2011-2024.
