Serena Gudino’s practice focuses on civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on design and construction. She defends general contractors, engineers, and design professionals in complex construction defect matters, professional liability claims, and real estate matters.

While attending the University of Colorado Law School, Ms. Gudino served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth Harris with the Colorado Court of Appeals, a Law Clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, an intern with Hall & Evans, and a Law Clerk with the Brewer’s Association.
