Stephanie R. Losching


Stephanie Losching is a litigation attorney with significant experience representing individuals and companies in various areas of litigation including construction defect, professional liability, product liability, first and third-party insurance claims, and subrogation matters.  Ms. Losching also has experience representing clients in business litigation and transactional matters involving contracts, real estate, defamation, employment, and other commercial disputes.

Ms. Losching recently relocated to Colorado after practicing civil litigation, construction litigation, commercial transactions, and insurance law in Wisconsin and Minnesota for the past five years.  Before entering private practice, she gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert Walker at Minnesota’s Fifth Judicial Court.  Ms.  Losching is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law where she was an Editor for the Journal of Public Law & Policy and a member of the William E. McGee Civil Rights Moot Court team. Prior to law school, Ms. Losching obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
