Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter is a civil litigation paralegal with experience in insurance defense, general litigation, estate planning, and family law.  Ms. Carter assists with case management from intake through resolution by drafting legal documents, conducting discovery research, preparing trial exhibits, and coordinating with clients, counsel, and experts.

Ms. Carter was awarded the National Merit Scholarship and attended Arizona State University with a focus in Political Science.  She interned with the Utah House of Representatives and co-founded a non-profit focused on women’s inclusion in urban planning initiatives.
