Tyler D. Baker
Associate
Tyler Baker is a civil litigation attorney with a practice focusing on transportation, premises liability, real estate, construction defect, business law, and administrative law. Ms. Baker represents clients in all phases of litigation across Colorado and Montana.
Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Baker practiced civil litigation at small firms in Kalispell, Montana, and Denver, Colorado. While attending Creighton School of Law, Ms. Baker was Treasurer of the Women’s Bar Association and a student staff member for the Immigration Law Clinic. She also served as an intern for the labor relations department at a class 1 railroad and clerked at a public policy nonprofit involved with the Public Utilities Commission and Colorado General Assembly. Ms. Baker graduated cum laude from Regis University with a B.A. in Politics and a minor in Pre-Law.
