Talia G. Damrow
Counsel
Talia Damrow concentrates her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Damrow has defended a wide array of litigation including employment, real estate, medical malpractice, and construction defect claims. In the business arena, Ms. Damrow frequently handles contract disputes, corporate contract review and negotiations, and intellectual property trademark matters. She has served as corporate counsel for a broad range of businesses and represents insurance companies in bad faith defense and coverage disputes. Ms. Damrow is licensed in Montana, Washington, Colorado, North Dakota, and Wyoming.
Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Damrow practiced civil litigation at small firms in Billings, Montana. While attending the University of Washington School of Law, Ms. Damrow was Chief Online Editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, a law clerk for the Washington State Attorney General, and an intern with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Issaquah, Washington.
