Chloe Mickel


Ms. Mickel has experience in all aspects of civil litigation and arbitration, with a focus on construction and design matters. She is currently serving a three-year term as a member of the Adams County Building Code Board of Appeals, which reviews the interpretation and application of the building codes by county officials. As a LEED Green Associate, Ms. Mickel has comprehensive knowledge of sustainable construction practices. Prior to joining Hall & Evans in 2016, Ms. Mickel was an associate in the construction and commercial litigation practice groups at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. in New Jersey.

While earning her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Mickel interned at the Superior Court of New Jersey in the chambers of the then-Presiding judge of the Civil Division, the Honorable, John J. Coyle, Jr. (ret). Ms. Mickel also served as an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and Vice Chair of the law school’s Honor Council.
