Christine Stickley

Special Counsel

Christine Stickley’s practice focuses on civil defense for individuals and businesses. Her practice includes civil rights, contract, business, health care fraud, employment, copyright and trademark law, and compliance with complex state and federal regulations. Ms. Stickley litigates on behalf of her clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Stickley was a Partner at Stickley & Wicke, LLP. Before her career in private practice, she was the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Director for the State of Wyoming handling civil and criminal health care fraud cases as well as Qui Tam actions. She also served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming Attorney General’s Office defending state employees and agencies in civil cases including civil rights, police misconduct, wrongful death, and employment issues. She regularly advised government personnel on employment, contracts, policies, procedures, promulgating rules, civil rights, administrative actions, and drafting of legislation.
