Ms. Mickley provides clients with sophisticated coverage analysis and advice, as well as vigorously defending them against contract and extra contractual claims. She offers experience in a wide range of commercial and personal lines, including general liability, financial lines, auto, homeowners, and excess policies, as well as public entity coverage. She enjoys long-term working relationships with her clients, assisting them in all phases of a claim, from assessment at the claim stage, pre-litigation planning, and litigation, when necessary, all with an eye toward efficient and cost-effective resolution.

Licensed in both Colorado and Texas and practicing more than 20 years, she has considerable litigation experience in a wide variety of matters in addition to coverage, including: personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, premises liability, professional liability, contract disputes, and construction defects.
